Over the last 15 years, Jamsheer has advised over 500 clients in the UAE on Audits, Tax, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management and Financial Models.

He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the ACCA(UK) and UAE CA. He holds an advanced diploma in applied accounting from CIMA and CertFRS along with several other certifications.

In his last role, Jamsheer headed the finance function of a leading Shipping, Freight forwarding and Logistics group in the UAE. Before that, he worked with Crowe Horwath, a leading global accounting firm, where he was in charge of various statutory and internal audit assignments.

Ajmal Naz

Ajmal headed the Finance function of one of the largest importers and wholesalers of food products in GCC with a staff strength of more than 1000 employees. Actively involved in designing and implementing KPI’s to assess the overall performance of the company.

Ajmal is an expert in Financial control and re-reporting ERP systems, developing accounting policies and procedures, advising on internal control procedures, contract management and corporate strategic planning.

Ajmal is a member of ACCA(UK). Awarded the regional topper in Audit and Assurance he also holds a diploma in IFRS and has a degree in Business Administration.

James with 30 Plus years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Operations have excellent analytical & relationship management skills with proven ability in liaising with banks, financial institutions and regulatory authorities.

James has been part of several feasibility studies, company setup process, accounting and operations software implementations and customisations and implementing B2B systems (Operations, Invoicing, Credit Control, Payment Gateway and MIS modules) for the Middle East and North Africa distributors in media and entertainment industry.

Over the years he had amassed extensive experience in Company and Commercial Law, Multinational Multi-Jurisdictional Corporate Structuring, Investment Fund Structuring and Compliance.

Through Successfully working with gaming and tech companies from around the world, Panayiotis has also gained a rich background focused on International Gaming Law and Licensing in various Jurisdictions and Legal Framing for Software, Apps and Tech.
